MEET THE TEAM

Ron and Wendy have served as volunteers with Envision Atlanta since 2018 and transitioned to Site Coordinators in the Fall of 2023. Before working with EA, Ron was a physical therapist and COO of a large physical therapy company, and Wendy received education in Psychology and Human Resources, then later became a stay-at-home mom. Both served in various positions at Altoona (PA) Alliance Church. Together they took the Perspectives Course and discovered their similar heart for welcoming the foreigner which led them to Clarkston. They love the hospitality of the many cultures and learning that characteristics of these are not unlike their own. They have been married 32 years and have 3 grown children (and a special daughter-in-law) and 2 grandchildren. Ron enjoys sports, fishing, and reading, and Wendy loves being with her people and spending time outside. 

Dan and Angela have served with Envision Atlanta since 2017. Dan is involved in evangelism and discipleship, and Angela is the short-term trip coordinator. Before coming to EA, Dan pastored a C&MA church in North Carolina and Angela was an elementary school teacher turned homeschool mom. After years of pastoral ministry and short-term mission experiences, they felt called to missions and the Lord gave Dan a specific call to “pastor the nations.” The Lord brought them to Clarkston, a city of the nations. They have been married 25 years and have 5 children. They love the people, food, and languages of Clarkston, and enjoy traveling, being with their children, and inviting people into their home. 

Anna serves as the After-School Director of Envision Atlanta’s After-School Ministry. Before coming to Envision Atlanta, she taught elementary music at a public charter school in Florida. She then transitioned to Clarkston to have the opportunity to intentionally invest in individuals from nations where the Gospel does not have a significant presence. She loves having friends from all over the world and enjoys running, playing the piano, and singing in a local choir.

Matt and Stephanie joined Envision Atlanta in 2019 and serve as the Envision Acres Farm Managers. They both attended Toccoa Falls College, Stephanie studying Cross-Cultural Studies, and Matt studying Sustainable Community Development. The Stines joined EA to serve the nations through agriculture and found Clarkston to be a place where God was and is evidently moving in the lives of the refugee community. They were married in October of 2019 and are expecting their first child in the spring of 2024. Stephanie loves worshiping at her piano and relaxing on her porch swing and Matt enjoys building projects for his wife and hunting.
